The weight loss program is designed to get to the root cause of weight gain. It is not a quick fix. 

80%of our physical illnesses have emotional roots to them, so the program addresses the root issues. Weight gain is about the need to protect yourself or storing or holding on to emotional baggage.

I do not promote any diet because really there are so many different beliefs out there. What you will find is as we go through the program, cravings and emotional eating etc disappear and your relationship (more importantly with yourself), and those you love improves dramatically.
